If one can describe Lou Ann, they would describe her as having a heart for people! Lou Ann is
most happy and content when she is helping others. Lou Ann has lived in the Goshen
community since 1974. She is married to Terry Stoner and they have two grown children,
Thad and Erin. Lou Ann is a Broker/Owner member of the Elkhart County Board of Realtors,
Multiple Listing Service, the state of Indiana Realtors Association and the National Association of
Realtors. Lou Ann has worked with the public for many years. She has a strong financial background
with a little politics thrown in for spice! She truly cares about people. Lou Ann work experiences
include working in a bank, processing for a title company and a real estate company. She became a

Larry firmly believes in the "Golden Rule". This strong belief comes from being in business for over twenty five
years and seeing first hand "the good, bad and the ugly" of all types of people. He believes so much in the "Golden
Rule" that Maplewoods Realty Group has included it in their Mission Statement! Larry is a Broker/Owner member
of the Elkhart County Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, the state of Indiana Realtors Association and the
National Association of Realtors. Larry attended the University of Toledo and obtained a four year business degree.
Larry is happily married to his wife Kathy and have four children; Ryan, Rory, Kwynlyn and Emylee. He and
Kathy are members of Pleasant View Mennonite Church. The Smith family enjoys playing with their four dogs,
going to basketball, soccer and volleyball games that their kids are involved with. Larry's work experience includes a
stint in the Army, salesman for over twenty years, manager of a distribution and fabrication plant and manager of a
local real estate company.
