Maplewoods Realty Group, LLC was formed in the latter part of 2008 by several Brokers from the Goshen, Indiana area.  These Brokers wanted to have the freedom of doing business the way that they wanted to do – ethically/morally and to make more money in the process – then what they were making previously.  A search was conducted for a national Company to partner with and after looking at a number of Franchises – An F. C. Tucker Real Estate Franchise was chosen.  F. C. Tucker is known state wide and is the largest real estate company in the state of Indiana.  To date, F. C. Tucker has over 700 agents and 25 offices located in Indiana.  They also have offices located in Ohio, Florida, and elsewhere.  The Corporate offices of F. C.Tucker are located on the north side of Indianapolis.  F. C. Tucker started his real estate business in 1918 and this business has grown to what it is today – A well known and respected real estate company that has an excellent management team, exceptional agent training and a top rate marketing program.  One example of this marketing program is their Tucker “T” signage that is known state wide.

Maplewoods Realty, LLC will be doing business in all categories of the Real Estate business.  One of the many services that F. C. Tucker offers is for our office to be part of a national referral company.  F. C. Tucker has grown this business to the point that they are one of the biggest referral companies in the state of Indiana.
